I'm losing weight because I want to be a superstar, simple as that. 5'7, I've gone from 190 down to my recent lowest of 134. I'll post pics eventually! :)


Once of the biggest problems with dieting for a lot of us is binging and the urge to eat when we shouldn’t be. To help combat this, use water. This tip will help you slow down your eating AND help you get enough water, something I always struggle with.
Rule #1: Drink a glass of water ANY TIME YOU FEEL HUNGRY. Hunger is the same whether you are actually hungry or if you are actually thirsty. If you are experiencing actual thirst, you probably haven’t had any water at all in over a week, because true thirst comes AFTER you are dehydrated! Just fyi :)
Rule # 2: When you decide to eat, take a sip a water between every bite. This will slow down your eating, fill you up faster, and help you receive indicators from your body that you are full faster, reducing the chances of overeating. Plus if you are sipping water between each bite, you can actually enjoy the taste of the food even more because every bite is like the first bite! And if you are like me, this can make your water a bit more tolerable to drink, because I hate water.
Trust me, drinking more water increases your weight loss without you having to do ANYTHING!! So help yourself out, especially if you are going through the efforts of working out and cutting calories. <3
